Mind The Gap (MTGap), previously known as Executive Roundtable Network (ERN) started as an outreach initiative of Global Harvest Church, Lagos in 2005. It was borne out of the over eight years of Human Resource Management work experience and the passion for impacting lives of the initiator, Tayo Olosunde. It has overtime affected the lives of many young graduates in the area of career development and the inherent need to affect more lives led to the mainstreaming of this initiative, hence, the birth of Mind The Gap.

Mind The Gap seeks to be a mainstream platform for corporate Nigeria and other well meaning Nigerians to invest their wealth and knowledge capital into the younger generation in order to achieve sustainable development.

When you think of financial investment, you think of the stock exchange, money market, currency market, bond market etc. Hence, when you think of human capital investment, think of Mind The Gap as the meeting platform where human value is enhanced through the investment of knowledge, ideals, values, expertise and hope into the soul of young Nigerians (protégés) from distinguished professionals (mentors) across various industries in Nigeria. The end products are men and women with a renewed spirit to birth the necessary changes that will restore the glory of Nigeria.

Simply, Mind The Gap is a platform that interfaces the surplus with the deficit knowledge base of the economy. At Mind The Gap we broker human resources with the principal aim of increasing the productivity index of the nation. We invest in the present in order to preserve the productive future of Nigeria.
